beyond the obvious symptoms to uncover areas needing improvement in our
customer service capabilities. While we thought we needed only training,
Debbie identified additional ways to enhance our capabilites. She recommended
upgrading our computer stations and merging three databases to realize
faster data retrieval times. In doing so, we improved our ability
to provide more timely responses to customers. Along with some refresher
