| Ms. Gilbert Taylor brings
a wealth of experience across diverse business sectors and multiple
disciplines. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies on strategic
work-life programs to enhance recruitment and retention, authored web content
on flexible work arrangements and conducted management awareness and skill
training. She has helped emerging companies developing infrastructure,
policies and systems as well as redesigned process as company growth required.
Debbie holds a Masters Degree in
Applied Psychology from Fairfield University with a concentration in Organizational
Development and Training, as well as a Bachelors in Psychology from
Sacred Heart University. She is a member of ASTD, SHRM, the OD Network
and is an alumnus of the Leadership Greater Bridgeport program. Debbie
is a certified Character Educator, teaching ethics to youth and has served
on the Stratford Youth and Family Advisory Board. She is currently serving
on the Stratford Ethics Commission. Debbie’s most recent assignments:
